      Customize your survey thank you message

       

      Surveys are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

      When someone completes your survey, you can show a custom thank you message at the end of your survey.

      Who can do this? Platform Site Admins, Managers, Idea Space and Co-creation Community Admins, and Challenge Managers.

      Customize survey thank you message

      1. Go to your survey.

      2. Click the jen three dots icon Three Dots next to the survey and select Edit survey.

      3. On the Pages tab, select the End page.

      4. For Title, enter a short thank you message.

      5. For Subtitle, enter details of what your respondents can expect next.

      6. Click Save.
