Configure your rating systems

Rating systems let your users vote on Ideas, which provides Challenge Managers with an insight into the crowd’s preferences. You can use the default rating systems or add your own.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

Add a rating system

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Ratings.

  3. Click Add a Rating System.

  4. Configure your rating system.

  5. Click Save.

Edit a rating system

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Ratings.

  3. Click Edit next to a rating system.

Clone a rating system

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Ratings.

  3. Click Clone next to a rating system.

Deactivate a rating system

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Ratings.

  3. Click Deactivate next to a rating system.

Activate a rating system

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Ratings.

  3. Click Activate next to a deactivated rating system.
