Automatically search for duplicate Ideas
Sometimes users have similar Ideas and duplicates might be created. To help reduce the number of duplicates, you can automatically display a link to potential duplicate Ideas when users type in the title of their new Idea.
Who can do this? Platform site Admins.
Turn on search for duplicate Ideas

Go to your platform home page.

Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Search for Duplicates.

Under When adding a new idea, select Automatically search and suggest duplicates.

Click Save.
