      Configure share options

      Here you can decide if users can share content with everyone on the platform. This can be a great way to drive engagement and promote collaboration.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

      Note: Be mindful that everyone will receive an email if someone shares content with the ‘Everyone’ group.

      Turn on sharing options

      1. Go to your platform home page.

      2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Search for Duplicates.

      3. Under Configure share options, select Allow users to share with everyone.

      4. Click Save.
