Configure your progression reasons

Progression reasons help users understand why their Ideas are progressed or rejected. You can use the default progression reasons or add your own.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins.

Turn on progression reasons

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Progression Reasons.

  3. Select Progression Reasons.

Add a progression reason

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Progression Reasons.

  3. Under a progression reason type, select Add.

  4. Enter the name of your progression reason.

  5. Click Save.

Disable a progression reason

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Progression Reasons.

  3. Click Disable next to a progression reason.

Enable a progression reason

  1. Go to your platform home page.

  2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Progression Reasons.

  3. Click Enable next to a disabled progression reason.
