Configure Conversation comment moderation

Comment moderation lets you moderate the comments that are added to Conversations. This helps to ensure Conversations are on point and adhere to your terms and conditions.

Who can do this? By default, Platform Admins and assigned Conversation Managers, or assigned Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins.

Configure comment moderation

  1. Go to your Conversation.

  2. Click Manage and select Edit Conversation.

  3. Under Do you want to enable comment moderation, select Yes.

  4. Configure your Conversation moderation settings:

    1. Select moderators: Select which users or user groups are assigned as moderators.

    2. Select a moderation type: Select if reported comments are hidden automatically or manually by a moderator.

  5. Click Update Conversation.

Note: Admins and Managers can moderate comments by default, and if a comment has been reported and accepted by a moderator, it can't be reported again unless edited. A comment will remain reported until a moderator makes a decision.

Tip: You can also configure comment moderation when you create a Conversation.
