      Assign a Conversation Sponsor

      You can assign a Conversation Sponsor to a Conversation so they can view an assigned Conversation, and receive Conversation notifications, but won’t be able to manage a Conversation.

      Who can do this? By default, Platform Admins, or assigned Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins.

      Assign a Conversation Manager

      1. Go to your Conversation.

      2. Click Manage and select Edit Conversation.

      3. Under Select who is shown on the Conversation, select Conversation Sponsors.

      4. Enter a user's name and select them from the list.

      5. Click Update Conversation.

      Tip: You can also assign a Conversation Sponsor when you create a Conversation.
