You can assign a Conversation Manager to a Conversation so they can manage all aspects of a Conversation they’re assigned to, but cannot create new Conversations.

Who can do this? Platform Admins, or Community Admins.

Assign a Conversation Manager

1. Go to your Conversation.
2. Click and select Edit Conversation.
3. Under Conversation Managers, enter a user’s name and select them from the list.
4. Click Save changes.

Tip: You can also assign a Conversation Manager when you create a Conversation.
