      Assign a Conversation Manager

      You can assign a Conversation Manager to a Conversation so they can manage all aspects of a Conversation they're assigned to, but cannot create new Conversations.

      Who can do this? By default, Platform Admins, or assigned Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins.

      Assign a Conversation Manager

      1. Go to your Conversation.

      2. Click Manage and select Edit Conversation.

      3. Under Conversation Managers, enter a user's name and select them from the list.

      4. Click Update Conversation.

      Tip: You can also assign a Conversation Manager when you create a Conversation.
