      Turn on auto-enrolment for an Idea Space

       

      If you want to automatically enroll everyone or Full Contributors on your platform site into your Idea Space, you can turn on auto-enrolment.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, and Idea Space Admins within assigned Idea Spaces.

      Turn on auto-enrolment

      1. Go to your Idea Space.

      2. Select Manage > Edit Idea Space.

      3. On the Registration tab, select Auto-enrolment Settings.

      4. Turn on the Enable auto-enrolment toggle.

      5. Select Everyone or Full Contributors.

      6. Click Save.
