      Add a prefix for Idea IDs in an Idea Space

      To help users easily recognize Ideas and content in an Idea Space, you can add a prefix to the Idea IDs. For example, you might use “SUST-” as a prefix for Ideas in an Idea Space for sustainability.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins and Idea Space Admins within assigned Idea Spaces.

      Note: If you’re not using Idea ID prefixes but would like the feature enabled, please contact our support team at support@wazoku.com

      Add a prefix for Idea IDs in an Idea Space 

      1. Go to your Idea Space.

      2. Select Settings > Edit Idea Space.

      3. On the General tab, select Prefix.

      4. Under Idea ID Prefix, enter a unique prefix for your Idea IDs.

      5. Click Save.

      Note: If you edit the prefix, any Ideas with the original prefix will be updated. If you move an Idea to another Idea Space, the prefix will change to that of the destination Idea Space.
