      Turn on gamification for a Challenge in an Idea Space

       

      If you have turned on gamification in an Idea Space, you can also control whether gamification points are earned within each Challenge inside the Idea Space.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Turn on gamification for a Challenge in an Idea Space

      1. Go to your Challenge within an Idea Space.

      2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

      3. On the Extras tab, click the plus_icon Plus, and then select Gamification.

      4. Turn on the Enable Gamification toggle.

      5. Under User roles, select which user roles can earn gamification points.

      6. Click Save.

      Tip: If you want to display the gamification widget on your Challenge overview page, you can also turn on the Enable Gamification Widget toggle.
