Send a message to a user
If needed you can send a custom message to one or multiple users on your platform.
Who can do this? Platform site Admins.
Send a message

Go to your platform home page.

Select Settings > Admin Panel > Users > Manage Users.

Select the user you want to send a message to.

Click Send Message.

Enter the subject and your message.

Click Send.
