Quickstart guide for Evaluators

Welcome to the Wazoku Platform! As an evaluator, you’ll be assigned to one or more evaluation stages in a Challenge, where you can evaluate Ideas by completing set evaluation criteria.

1. Become an evaluator

If you’re invited to become a member of the evaluation panel for a Challenge, you’ll receive an invitation email asking you to log in to your account and evaluate Ideas.

2. Check for evaluation tasks

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll want to manage the evaluation tasks that have been assigned to you.

3. Complete evaluation criteria

After you’ve checked your evaluation tasks, take the time to carefully review an Idea and then complete the evaluation criteria. If you want to discuss an Idea with other evaluators, you can add private evaluation comments.

4. Submit an evaluation decision

If you’re the Lead Evaluator for an assigned Challenge or Idea, you can submit an evaluation decision to determine if an Idea should be progressed to the next stage.
