You’ll need to log in to your account to access communities or platforms you’re part of.
Note: If you don't already have an account, you can join a community or platform.
Log in with your email and password

Go to your community or platform login page.

Enter your email and password.

Click Login.
Note: If the community or platform requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), you'll need to provide an authentication code to sign in.
Log in with your social account

Go to your community or platform login page.

Select your social network.

Enter your username and password.
Note: Social login options will only be available if set up by the community or platform admin.
Log in with single sign-on
If your community or platform uses single sign-on (SSO), you’ll automatically be logged in if you’re already logged in to your organization’s system. If not you will be directed to log in using your organization login credentials.
Note: If any of your profile information is incorrect, you will need to ask your organization to update it.
Troubleshoot log-in issues
If you’re having trouble logging in, try troubleshooting some of the most common issues.
Things to check
If you experience any problems logging in, here are a few things to check:

Make sure Caps Lock isn’t on.

Look for spelling errors.

If you autofill your login credentials, try manually entering your email and password.
You forgot your password
If you've forgotten your password you can reset your password to get back in.
