Welcome to the Wazoku Platform! As a Challenge Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring that Challenges run smoothly and Ideas progress effectively. This quickstart guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started in your role.
1. Become a Challenge Manager
If you've been assigned as a Challenge Manager, congratulations! You can now manage all aspects of the Challenges you're assigned to. Additionally, you gain access to the Report Builder, which allows you to generate insightful reports related to your Challenges.
2. Learn the basics
Challenges are used to find a structured solution to a well-formed problem statement. Once a Challenge is live, Contributors can submit Ideas to the Challenge and collaborate with other users in comment channels as the Idea progresses through each workflow stage.
3. Configure your Challenge
The first Challenge you’re assigned to has likely been configured already by your Admin. If not, you might start by adding a banner image to a Challenge, assigning Evaluators, configuring Idea moderation, and adding stages to the Challenge workflow. You can then learn more about configuring your Challenge.
3. Create reports
You also have access to the Report Builder, which you can use to generate comprehensive reports tailored to your Challenges. These reports can offer insights into Idea progression, Contributor engagement, and overall Challenge performance.
