How to add and manage Evaluators on a Challenge

Adding Evaluators in Challenge Workflow

  1. Create a new Challenge or navigate to and existing Challenge and under Manage click Edit
  2. In the Workflow tab add or find the Evaluation stage
  3. On the stage configuration select the Evaluators tab
  4. Select the option to add Evaluators by Challenge
  5. To add Evaluators on the Challenge search for the users (they must be on the platform already)
  6. If you want them to be Lead Evaluators select the checkbox
  7. To save changes select Update Challenge

Adding ad hoc Evaluators once a Challenge is underway

  1. Create a new Challenge or navigate to and existing Challenge and under Manage click Edit
  2. In the Workflow tab add or find the Evaluation stage
  3. On the stage configuration select the Evaluators tab
  4. Select the option to add Evaluators by Challenge
  5. Ensure the Evaluation stage on your Challenge setting has Ad Hoc selected

  6. Navigate to the Idea due for evaluation via task notifications, daily email summary, or Challenge 
  7. Open idea and select the evaluation tab 
  8. Select Invite Evaluators 
  9. Search for the Evaluators you want to add (they must be registered on the platform to be added)



  10. If you want to make them a Lead Evaluator select the checkbox
  11. Add a message to the invite, if you want to send instructions or a note to the Evaluators
  12. Select Invite
  13. The Evaluator will receive an invite via e-mail
