      Assign an evaluator to a Challenge category

      You can assign Lead Evaluators or Evaluators to evaluate all ideas in a particular Challenge category.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Assign an evaluator to a Challenge category

      1. Go to your Challenge.
      2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.
      3. On the Workflow tab, select or add an evaluation stage.
      4. Turn on the Submit evaluation toggle.
      5. Under Evaluator > Evaluators are assigned by, select Category.
      6. Click Invite Evaluators next to each category.
      7. Enter a user's name and select them from the list. 
      8. (Optional) Select Lead if you want to make an Evaluator a Lead Evaluator.
      9. Click Submit and then click Save.

      Tip: You can also assign an evaluator to a category when you create a Challenge.
