Manage dashboard visibility in an Idea Space

Control who has access to your data and insights by deciding which user groups or individual users can access each analytics dashboard in an Idea Space.

Change dashboard visibility by group

If you want to control where a dashboard is visible in your Idea Space, you can give access to specific user groups.

1. Go to your Idea Space.

2. Select Manage > Edit Idea Space.

3. On the Dashboard tab, select a dashboard.

4. Under Manage access, select which user groups can view the dashboard.

5. Click Save.

Change dashboard visibility by user

If you want to control who a dashboard is visible to individually, you can give access to specific users.

1. Go to your Idea Space.

2. Select Manage > Edit Idea Space.

3. On the Dashboard tab, select a dashboard.

4. Type someone’s name in the search field and then select the user.

5. Click Save.
