      Delete a chat

      Each conversation you have with Jen is saved in your previous chat list. You can delete a chat if you no longer need it.

      Who can do this? All members with access to Wazoku Scout for their own chats. For more information, see Configure Wazoku Scout access permissions.

      Delete a chat

      1. Open your jen icon Jen chat.

      2. Under Previous 30 days, select the jen three dots icon Three dots next to the chat you want to delete.

      3. Select Delete, and then click Delete again in the confirmation dialog.

      Once deleted, the chat messages will be permanently removed and the chat will be deleted from your chat list.
