      Configure Wazoku Scout access permissions

      You can configure the users and groups that have permission to access Wazoku Scout.

      Who can do this? Platform site admins.

      Note: Your Innovation Consultant must turn on Wazoku Scout and you need to be a platform admin to configure it.

      Add users or groups as Scouts

      1. Go to your platform home page.

      2. Select Settings > Admin Panel > Configuration > Wazoku Scout.

      3. Under Scouts, enter a user or group name and select it from the list.

      4. Click Save.

      Users added as Scouts will see a new icon for Jen and can start a new Jen chat.
