      Continue a previous chat

      If you left a Jen chat and want to return to it later, you can select the chat and continue the conversation from where you left off.

      Who can do this? All members with access to Wazoku Scout. For more information, see Configure Wazoku Scout access permissions.

      Continue a previous chat

      1. Open your jen icon Jen chat.

      2. Under Previous 30 days, select a previous chat from the list.

      Your previous chat will be opened and you can continue where you left off.

      Note: Jen only shows your previous conversations from the last 30 days. If you want to retrieve a chat after 30 days have passed, please contact our support team.

      Tip: If you no longer need a Jen chat, you can delete the chat permanently.
