      Turn on token granting

       

      Tokens are a good voting option to use to encourage users to engage with a Challenge. Token voting is a popular feature that lets users grant a limited number of tokens to the ideas they like the most.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Turn on token granting

      1. Go to your Challenge.

      2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

      3. Select General > Challenge configuration.
      4. Under Tokens, turn on the Enable tokens toggle.
      5. Configure your preferred token settings.

      6. On the Workflow tab, select or add a stage.

      7. Under What activities are allowed in this stage, turn on the Grant tokens toggle.

      8. Click Save.

      Tip: You can also configure Tokens when you create a Challenge.
