      Turn on gamification in a Co-creation Community

       

      If you have configured gamification, you can also control whether gamification points are earned within a Co-creation Community. This ensures contributors are earning points for things they do anywhere on the platform, and helps to level the playing field.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins and Co-creation Community Admins within assigned Co-creation Communities.

      Turn on gamification in a Co-creation Community

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Select Settings > Edit Co-creation Community.

      3. On the Extras tab, click plus_icon Add Extras, and then select Gamification.

      4. Turn on the Enable Gamification toggle.

      5. Under User roles, select which user roles can earn gamification points.

      6. Click Save.
