Turn on automatic assignment of Idea Managers

 

If you want to save time, streamline idea management, and assign specialists to the Ideas submitted to your Challenge, you can set up the automatic assignment of Idea Managers.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

Turn on automatic assignment of Idea Managers

  1. Go to your Challenge.

  2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

  3. On the Extras tab, click the plus_icon Plus and select Idea Managers.

  4. Turn on the Automatically assign Idea Managers toggle.

Once you've turned on the automatic assignment of Idea Managers, you'll need to choose how Idea Managers should be assigned:

Note: If you can’t see this option, you will need to turn on Idea Managers for Ideas. Only 1 Idea Manager will be assigned to each Idea, and if an Idea already has an Idea Manager the assignment won't happen.
