      Show or hide a survey demographic question

       

      Surveys are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

      You can choose which demographic questions to show or hide on your survey.

      Who can do this? Platform Site Admins, Managers, Idea Space and Co-creation Community Admins, and Challenge Managers.

      Show a survey demographic question

      1. Go to your survey.

      2. Click the jen three dots icon Three Dots next to the survey and select Edit survey.

      3. On the Pages tab, select Demographics.

      4. Turn on the toggle for a demographics question.

      5. Click Save.

      Hide a survey demographic question

      1. Go to your survey.

      2. Click the jen three dots icon Three Dots next to the survey and select Edit survey.

      3. On the Pages tab, select Demographics.

      4. Turn off the toggle for a demographics question.

      5. Click Save.
