      Progress an Idea

      Progress the most promising Ideas to the next Challenge stage so they can be further developed and refined.

      Parallel Challenge

      Ideas in a Parallel Challenge can be progressed independently through each stage.

      Progress an Idea from the Idea page

      1. Open the Idea you want to progress.

      2. Click Manage and select Progress.

      3. Select the reason for progressing the Idea.

      4. Enter any relevant information to support your reason.

      5. (Optional) Select Publish message on Status Update tab.

      6. Click Confirm.

      Progress an Idea from the Ideas tab

      1. Go to your Challenge.

      2. On the Ideas tab, select the checkbox on the top-right of the Idea card.

      3. Click the Down Arrow next to Select All.

      4. Select Progress.

      5. Select the reason for progressing the Idea.

      6. Enter any relevant information to support your reason.

      7. (Optional) Select Publish message on Status Update tab.

      8. Click Confirm.

      Phased Challenge

      Ideas in a Phased Challenge can only be progressed when the Challenge stage has closed.

      Progress an Idea from the Idea page

      1. Close the Challenge stage that has the Idea you want to progress.

      2. Open the Idea.

      3. Click Manage and select Progress.

      4. Select the reason for progressing the Idea.

      5. Enter any relevant information to support your reason.

      6. (Optional) Select Publish message on Status Update tab.

      7. Click Confirm.

      Progress an Idea from the Ideas tab

      1. Close the Challenge stage that has the Idea you want to progress.

      2. Go to your Challenge.

      3. On the Ideas tab, select the checkbox on the top-right of an Idea card.

      4. Click the Down Arrow next to Select All.

      5. Select Progress.

      6. Select the reason for progressing the Idea.

      7. Enter any relevant information to support your reason.

      8. (Optional) Select Publish message on Status Update tab.

      9. Click Confirm.
