      Send back an Idea

      Sometimes you might need to send an Idea back to an earlier stage in the Challenge workflow.

      Send back an Idea

      1. Open the Idea you want to send back.

      2. Click Manage and select Send Back.

      3. Choose a stage to send the Idea back to.

      4. Select the reason for sending the Idea back.

      5. Enter any relevant information to support your reason.

      6. (Optional) Select Publish message on Status Update tab.

      7. Click Confirm.

      Note: You can’t send an Idea back to a previous stage if the stage is now closed. If you want to send the Idea back, you will need to open the Challenge stage again.
