Not receiving platform notifications

If you’re having trouble receiving notifications from the platform, you can troubleshoot some common issues.

Check your notification settings

Check what notifications you have turned on and where you will receive them, as you might have turned some off in your notification settings.

Delayed notifications

Try waiting to see if the notification arrives, sometimes a notification might be delayed and show up in a few minutes.
