Not receiving platform emails

 

If you’re not receiving emails from Wazoku, you can troubleshoot some common issues.

Check your email address is up to date

Check that the email address that’s on your account is up to date, and if not you can change your account's email address.

Check spam folders and other email filters

Check your spam/junk folder, and other inbox folders, as emails from Wazoku can be moved there by mistake.

Check if emails from Wazoku are being flagged

Ask your IT or help desk team to check if emails from @wazoku.com are being flagged by the system, and if so to unblock them.

Still having trouble? Try contacting your manager, IT, or help desk team for help resolving the issue.
