Invite new members to your Community

Go to your Community.

Click Settings and select Manage Members.

On the Individuals tab, select Invite to the Community.

Enter an existing user's name and select them from the list, or enter an email address.

(Optional) Select Send invite notifications.

Type in a personalized invitation message.

Click Invite.
If an invited user is already part of your platform, they’ll automatically have access to the Community. If they’re not an existing user, they’ll receive the invitation email and will need to create a new account.
Tip: If you have a lot of members, you can invite them all at once by selecting Import CSV.
Add a member group

Go to your Community.

Click Settings and select Manage Members.

On the Groups tab, select Add Groups to Included list.

Enter a group name and select it from the list.
- Any member of that group can then access the Community.
Remove a member group

Go to your Community.

Click Settings and select Manage Members.

On the Groups tab, click the Cross next to the group you’d like to remove.
- Confirm the removal
If you remove a member group, members of that group will no longer have access to the Community.
Remove members from a Community
When a member no longer needs to be a part of a Community, they can be removed.

Go to your Community.

Click Settings and select Manage Members.

On the Individuals tab, select Remove from Community next to the member you’d like to remove.
- Confirm their removal
- Removed members can be seen via the Removed members filter and can be given access again by clicking Allow access to Community
If you remove a member, they will no longer have access to the Community but they can request access again.
Resend pending member invites in a Community
If you have a lot of pending member invitations in your Community, you can resend the invitations in bulk.

Go to your Community.

Click Settings > Manage Members.

On the Individuals tab, select Resend pending invites.
Users with a pending invitation will now receive a fresh invite in their inbox.
Note: For security reasons, this email contains a link that will expire after 24 hours. However, you can follow the same steps to receive a new link if it has expired.
Send a custom message to Community members
If you need to send a message to multiple people at once, you can send a custom group message to all your Community members or admins.

Go to your Community.

Click Settings and select Manage Members.

On the Send Custom Message tab, under Group, select a member group.

Under Subject, enter the subject line.

Under Message, type your message.

Click Submit.
