      Manage dashboard visibility in a Co-creation Community

       

      Control who has access to your data and insights by deciding which user groups or individual users can access each analytics dashboard in a Co-creation Community.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins and Co-creation Community Admins.

      Change dashboard visibility by group

      If you want to control where a dashboard is visible in your Co-creation Community, you can change the dashboard visibility level.

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Select Settings > Edit Co-creation Community.

      3. On the Dashboard tab, select a dashboard.

      4. Under Dashboard visibility, select which user groups can view the dashboard.

      5. Click Save.

      Change dashboard visibility by user

      If you want to control who a dashboard is visible to individually, you can give access to specific users.

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Select Settings > Edit Co-creation Community.

      3. On the Dashboard tab, select a dashboard.

      4. Type someone’s name in the search field and then select the user.

      5. Click Save.
