Manage dashboard visibility in a Challenge

Control who has access to your data and insights by deciding which user groups or individual users can access each analytics dashboard in a Challenge.

Change dashboard visibility by group

If you want to control where a dashboard is visible in your Challenge, you can give access to specific user groups.

1. Go to your Challenge

2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

3. On the Dashboard tab, select a dashboard.

4. Under Manage access, select which user groups can view the dashboard.

5. Click Save.

Change dashboard visibility by user

If you want to control who a dashboard is visible to individually, you can give access to specific users.

1. Go to your Challenge.

2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

3. On the Dashboard tab, select a dashboard.

4. Type someone’s name in the search field and then select the user.

5. Click Save.
