      Edit a survey schedule

       

      Surveys are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

      You can edit a survey schedule to update the start date and duration.

      Who can do this? Platform Site Admins, Managers, Idea Space and Co-creation Community Admins, and Challenge Managers.

      Edit a survey schedule

      1. Go to your survey.

      2. Click the jen three dots icon Three Dots next to the survey and select Edit schedule.

      3. For Start date, select a date.

      4. For Duration, enter how many days the survey should run for.

      5. Click Edit schedule.
