Create an evaluation form on a Challenge

You can create evaluation forms for your Challenges and customize them to suit the specific criteria you would like answered for evaluating Ideas submitted to your Challenge.

Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

Create an evaluation form on a Challenge

Go to the evaluation stage of your Challenge.
Under Evaluation form, click Create an evaluation form.
Configure your form by adding questions and sections.
Click Create.

Add a question to an evaluation form

Open your evaluation form.
Select Add question.
Type your question.
Select the answer type and configure the question settings.
(Optional) Turn on Make question required so the question has to be answered.

You can click Add new question to add additional questions to your form.

Tip: To hide a question or section, click the Eye icon, or click the Trash icon to delete a question.

Note: If an Idea has been evaluated using the evaluation form, you won't be able to delete a question or change the answer type. However, you can add new questions, hide an existing question, and edit the question text.

Add a section to an evaluation form

Open your evaluation form.
Select Add section.
Type the title of the section.

You can click Add new section to add additional sections to your form.
