      Create a private Challenge

      If you want to have a focused, private Challenge with people on your team, you can create a private Challenge.

      Who can do this? Platform Site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities.

      Note: You can only create a private Challenge inside a Co-creation Community or Idea Space.

      Create a private Challenge in a Co-creation Community

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Click Create and select Challenge.

      3. On the General tab, select Challenge configuration.

      4. Under Share Challenge, turn on the Make Challenge private toggle.

      5. Under Included groups, enter a group name and select it from the list.

      6. Click Publish.

      Tip: If you’ve already submitted your Challenge, you can set it to private by editing your Challenge.

      Create a private Challenge in an Idea Space

      1. Go to your Idea Space.

      2. Click Manage and select Add Challenge.

      3. On the General tab, select Challenge configuration.

      4. Under Share Challenge, turn on the Make Challenge private toggle.

      5. Under Included groups, enter a group name and select it from the list.

      6. Click Publish.
