      Change an Evaluator's role

      You can change the role for one or more Evaluators at any time to ensure they have the best role for their responsibilities.

      Who can do this? Platform Site Admins, Idea Space/ Co-creation Community Admins, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Change an Evaluator's role

      1. Open the Idea that’s under evaluation.

      2. Select Evaluation > Manage evaluators.

      3. Search for an Evaluator, then select their role under the Role column.

      Changes to an Evaluator's role will be saved automatically.

      Tip: If you don't have any Evaluators yet, you can invite Evaluators to an Idea.
