You can enable or disable an Evaluator or change their role.
Who can do this? Site Admins, Community Admins, Lead Evaluators, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.
How to change an Evaluator’s role or status
- Open the Idea that’s under evaluation.
- Select Evaluation > Manage evaluators.
- Search for an Evaluator, in the Role column change the dropdown to Evaluator or Lead Evaluator
- In the Enabled column you can toggle on or off to enable or disable them. If they are disabled they will not be able to submit an evaluation
The Evaluator’s status will be updated, and the changes will be visible in the Role and Enabled columns.
Note: There must be at least one Lead Evaluator on an idea
