      Archive a Challenge

      Once a Challenge is completed and no longer accepting Idea submissions, you might want to archive it so it’s not shown on the Discover page.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins, Idea Space Admins and Co-creation Community Admins for assigned communities, and Challenge Managers for assigned Challenges.

      Note: You can only archive a Challenge after all the Challenge stages are closed and you’ve marked the Challenge as complete.

      Archive a Challenge

      1. Go to the Challenge you want to archive.

      2. Select Manage > Archive Challenge.

      3. Select Archive Ideas or Do not archive Ideas.

      4. Click Confirm.

      Tip: You can unarchive a Challenge at any time.

      Note: Archiving a Challenge does not delete the Challenge, it stops the Challenge from being shown on the Discover page, but people can still manually search for and view the Challenge.
