Add prompt notifications for evaluations

If your evaluators have pending evaluations and you’d like to give them a nudge to complete their tasks, you can add prompt notifications.

Add prompt notification

1. Go to your Challenge.

2. Select Manage > Edit Challenge.

3. On the Workflow tab, select your evaluation stage.

4. Under Evaluator > How many days do Evaluators have to evaluate an idea? enter how many days evaluators have to complete their evaluation.

5. Under Prompt Notifications, click Add prompt notification.

6. Select one of the defaults or add a custom prompt notification timeframe.

7. Click Save.

Your evaluators will now be notified with prompt notifications by email if they still have evaluation tasks pending a set number of days before the due date.
