      Add a prefix for Idea IDs in a Co-creation Community

      To help users easily recognize Ideas and content in a Co-creation Community, you can add a prefix to the Idea IDs. For example, you might use “SUST-” as a prefix for Ideas in a Co-creation Community for sustainability.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins and Co-creation Community Admins within assigned Co-creation Communities.

      Note: If you’re not using Idea ID prefixes but would like the feature enabled, please contact our support team at support@wazoku.com

      Add a prefix for Idea IDs in a Co-creation Community

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Select Settings > Edit Co-creation Community.

      3. On the General tab, select Personalised URL and Prefix.

      4. Under Idea ID Prefix, enter a unique prefix for your Idea IDs.

      5. Click Save.
