      Send a custom message to Co-creation Community members

      If you need to send a message to multiple people at once, you can send a custom group message to all your Co-creation Community members or admins.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins and Co-creation Community Admins.

      Send a custom message

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Click Settings and select Manage Members.

      3. On the Send Custom Message tab, under Group, select a member group.

      4. Under Subject, enter the subject line.

      5. Under Message, type your message.

      6. Click Submit.
