Resend an organization invitation

 

Organizations are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

If a user has lost or deleted an invitation email, you can always resend the organization invitation.

Who can do this? Organization Profile Admins for assigned organizations.

Resend an organization invitation

  1. Go to your organization profile.

  2. Select the People tab.

  3. Find a user with the Pending or Declined status.

  4. Click the jen three dots icon Three Dots next to the user.

  5. Select Resend Invite from the status dropdown.

  6. In the dialog that appears, confirm your decision.

Reinvited users will receive a new invitation email and will need to create an account if they haven't already.

Tip: You can also withdraw an organization invitation if it’s no longer needed.

Note: If a user's email address matches your organization’s domain, they will be associated with the organization automatically.
