Portal Settings

Organizations are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

Who can do this? Site Admins & Portal Admins

When Site Admins & Portal Admins are on the the Portal page, they see the Settings section. Here they can add and remove Portal admins and assign colours to status of swimlanes.

Settings for Roles

Go to your portal as a Site Admin.
Find the Settings section on the left panel
Select the Roles tab
Select Add members to find users and add them as a Portal admin
To remove a Portal admin find the user in the list, select the 3 dots in the Action column and then Delete

Settings for Workflow

Go to your portal as a Site Admin.
Find the Settings section on the left panel
Select the Workflow tab
In the Colors column select your chosen color for each Swimlane
Select Save Changes
These color changes will now be reflected when you go to the Workflow area
