Portal Settings

Who can do this? Site Admins & Portal Admins


When Site Admins & Portal Admins are on the the Portal page, they see the Settings section. Here they can add and remove Portal admins and assign colours to status of swimlanes. You can also assign users as Scouts.

Settings for Roles

  1. Go to your portal as a Site or Portal Admin.

  2. Find the Settings section on the left panel

  3. Select the Roles tab
  4. Select Add members to find users and add them as a Portal admin
  5. To remove a Portal admin find the user in the list, select the 3 dots in the Action column and then Delete

Settings for Workflow

  1. Go to your portal as a Site or Portal Admin.

  2. Find the Settings section on the left panel

  3. Select the Workflow tab
  4. In the Colors column select your chosen color for each Swimlane
  5. Select Save Changes
  6. These color changes will now be reflected when you go to the Workflow area

Settings for Scouting

  1. Go to your portal as a Site or Portal Admin.

  2. Find the Settings section on the left panel

  3. Select the Scouting tab
  4. To add users as Scouts select Add user and enter a user name or email address and select it from the list.

  5. Click Save.
