Change a Company member's status

Each member of your Company has a status, but sometimes statuses need to be changed to reflect what's going on with your members.

Who can do this? Company Profile Admins for assigned companies.

There are five types of statuses:

  • Pending: The user has been invited to your Company but has not yet verified their account or accepted the invitation.

  • Active: The user is associated with your Company and all the user's activity is also associated with the Company.

  • Inactive: The user is no longer associated with your Company and the user's future activity will no longer be associated with the Company.

  • Declined: The user declined the Company invitation.

  • Withdraw: The Company Profile Admin withdrew a user's Company invitation.

Note: Existing activities for ‘Inactive’ members will still be visible on the activity page.

Change a Company member's status

  1. Go to your Company profile.

  2. Select the People tab.

  3. Search for a Company member.

  4. Under Status, select the dropdown and change a member’s status to Active or Inactive.

Changes to a member's status will be saved automatically.

Tip: If you don't have any members yet, you can invite people to your Company.

Note: If the member's status says “Pending”, you can resend the Company invitation or withdraw the Company invitation.
