Resend a Company invitation

If a user has lost or deleted an invitation email, you can always resend the Company invitation.

Who can do this? Company Profile Admins for assigned companies.

Resend a Company invitation

  1. Go to your Company profile.

  2. Select the People tab.

  3. Under Status, select a user with the Pending or Declined status.

  4. Select Resend Invite from the status dropdown.

  5. In the dialog that appears, confirm your decision.

Reinvited users will receive a new invitation email and will need to create an account if they haven't already.

Tip: You can also withdraw a Company invitation if it’s no longer needed.

Note: If a user's email address domain matches your Company domain, they will be associated with the Company automatically. Both pending and deactivated users will be associated with companies as inactive Company Members.
