Whether you're launching a challenge to your employees, industry partners, or the Wazoku Crowd, the Academy provides the tools, guidance, and best practices to help you do it confidently and successfully.

      The Wazoku Academy is designed to support you and anyone in your organisation interested in running an innovation challenge. It’s a flexible, self-paced learning environment that helps you:

      • Understand how to build and launch a challenge
      • Learn best practices around innovation
      • Explore our product and its full capabilities

      • New users going through onboarding
      • Colleagues who want to get up to speed with the platform
      • Anyone planning to launch a challenge
      • Teams looking to refresh their knowledge or expand their use of Wazoku tools

      How to access the Academy

      Getting started is simple:

      • Send an email to support@wazoku.com with the list of email addresses you’d like to invite to Wazoku Academy.
      • Our Customer Experience will set up the accounts and each user will receive a welcome email from academy@waoku.com with login instructions.

      • Following the link in the email or go to wazoku.docebosaas.com.
      • Click the "Sign In" button at the top right of screen.
      • On the modal screen, select SAML SSO.

      • Enter your site's URL on the next screen and click Continue.
      • Login using your details for the Wazoku Platform.
      • Read and accept the privacy policy, then click I Agree.

      • ✅ You’re in!
      • You'll now have access to Wazoku Academy.
