      Resend pending member invites in a Co-creation Community

       

      If you have a lot of pending member invitations in your Co-creation Community, you can resend the invitations in bulk.

      Who can do this? Platform site Admins and Co-creation Community Admins.

      Resend pending invites

      1. Go to your Co-creation Community.

      2. Click Settings > Manage Members.

      3. On the Individuals tab, select Resend pending invites.

      Users with a pending invitation will now receive a fresh invite in their inbox.

      Note: For security reasons, this email contains a link that will expire after 24 hours. However, you can follow the same steps to receive a new link if it has expired.
