Quickstart guide for Idea Managers

Welcome to the Wazoku Platform! As an Idea Manager, you’ll be assigned to one or more Ideas within a Challenge, where you can manage all the aspects of the Idea and guide an Idea from submission to implementation.

1. Become an Idea Manager

If you’re assigned as an Idea Manager, you’ll receive an in-app notification and an email detailing your new role. You can find the Ideas assigned to you by going to Profile > My content > My Managed content.

2. Idea management basics

When you become an Idea Manager, you can perform the following actions on the Idea you’re assigned:

• Manage Idea Managers on the Idea

• Edit the Idea

• Add a status update to the Idea

• Progress the Idea

• Reject the Idea

• Put the Idea on hold

• Delete the Idea

• Download the Idea to PDF

• Manage Evaluators on the Idea

• Create a private comment channel
