      Portal - Remove portal admins

       
       

      Organizations are a Paid Feature. To access paid platform features, please speak to your Innovation Consultant.

      When Site Admins & Portal Admins are on the Portal page, they should see the ‘Settings’ section and can remove full contributors as portal admins.

      Who can do this? Site Admins & Portal Admins

      Remove a Portal admin

      1. Go to your portal with a site admin.

      2. Click Setting

      3. Search for user

      4. Click the Action icon

      5. Click Delete

      Tip: You can add deleted user back as a Portal admin
