What's New
New Key Metric: Open Ideas
Following user feedback about differences in idea counts between the homepage and challenge pages, we've introduced a new Open Ideas key metric for Challenges.
This new widget shows the number of ideas in a Challenge excluding those that are archived or rejected. It sits alongside existing metrics like Total Ideas (which includes archived/rejected) and Selected Ideas.

Open Ideas now helps clarify idea counts across different views.

The Total Ideas tooltip has also been updated to clearly reflect that it includes archived and rejected ideas.

Scouting Permissions in Portal Settings
We’ve moved Scout role management into Portal Settings for Site Admins and Portal Admins. This makes assigning and managing scouts easier and more transparent across your innovation ecosystem.

New Challenge Configuration: Evaluators Can View All Stages
A new Challenge configuration option gives you more flexibility in how evaluators interact with idea evaluations.
When enabled, evaluators can see evaluations in every stage—not just the stage they're assigned to. This provides a broader view of evaluations throughout the challenge process and supports a more informed decision-making experience.
